The latest version of The EthoSeries is now available. Version 7.0 contains several exciting, new features.

What's New

Enhanced SOP Line Item Functionality
Version 7.0 of Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics and Microsoft Great Plains eEnterprise introduced new line item functionality for Sales Order Processing. The Ship To Address ID field can now be modified at the line item level as well as the document header level. This enhanced SOP line item functionality adds even more power and flexibility to your Commission Plan and Salesperson By Ship To Location software from EthoTech.

• Salesperson By Ship To Location
  Salesperson By Ship To Location takes advantage of the new enhanced SOP line item functionality by giving you the ability to change the salesperson assigned to a specific line item by updating the Ship To Address ID, either on the document header or the line item itself. Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics or Microsoft Great Plains eEnterprise commissions are recalculated based on the new salesperson. We also display the salesperson for each line item in our alternate Sales Transaction entry window.

• Commission Plan
  Need more commission options than the standard Microsoft Great Plains features provide? Commission Plan is a sophisticated commission module for use with Sales Order Processing. All commission calculations within Commission Plan are determined by a three dimensional model, based upon customer, item and salesperson. The easy-to-use setup and entry windows provide extensive flexibility to meet your commission needs. With the new enhanced SOP line item functionality, commissions may be calculated for the salesperson assigned to each line item, rather than the salesperson assigned on the document header level. We also now provide a visual reference for manual commission entries in the Commission Plan Entry window, and we have included a utility to remove the commission percentages from all salespeople in Salesperson Maintenance. This will prevent Dynamics or eEnterprise commissions from being created.

Customer Service Collection
Check for Duplicate PO functionality is now available from both the Sales Transaction Entry and Sales Customer Detail windows.

Add Palette Items
The EthoSeries now provides a single window to selectively add palette items per company and product, reducing setup time and increasing productivity.
