Next Numeric Collection extends the power of Great Plains Advanced Lookups so you no longer need to assign meaningful IDs to customers, vendors, items, fixed assets, employees, prospects or salespeople. This flexible module automatically assigns the ID when creating records and keeps track of which ones are started and abandoned, avoiding gaps in the alpha-numeric sequence. Using the New button or the keystroke equivalent to generate the next number in the series accelerates data entry.

• Works with the alternate Customer and Vendor Maintenance windows in Great Plains Project Series.
