EthoTech Named a Microsoft Great Plains Solution Developer

ATLANTA, Georgia, June 24, 2002 - EthoTech, Inc. announced today that it has been named a Microsoft®
Great Plains® Business Solutions solution developer. EthoTech will provide solutions that complement those of Microsoft Great Plains, a leading provider of business applications that help small and mid-sized companies become more agile in today's interconnected economy.

EthoTech's solutions will provide increased functionality and satisfaction to its and Microsoft Great Plains' mutual customers. The EthoSeriesT, formerly known as "The Accountability Series," offers a variety of modules for enhancing Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics and Microsoft Great Plains eEnterprise. These solutions provide powerful, easy to use functionality to complement the Microsoft Great Plains Sales Order Processing module.
