"The Accountability Series"
to EthoTech, Inc.

ATLANTA, Georgia - June 10, 2002 - We are
pleased to announce the sale of The Accountability Series, Next
Numeric Series and Advanced Inquiry effective June 17th, 2002.
The individual products being sold are: Advanced Inquiry, Commission
Plan, Customer Service Collection, Enhanced Password Security,
Historical Serial & LOT Number Tracking, Next Numeric Series,
Quick Track and Salesperson by Ship to Location. As many of you
know, Accountable Software's development focus of late has been
geared toward AnyView, Forms Printer and ZipAssist. While we have
kept the other products current with the latest Microsoft Great
Plains release, there have been few new additions to the products
in some time. Therefore, in accordance with our mission and values,
we determined that it was time to find a new home for the products
in order to Enhance the Experience of our partners and customers.
While considering the future of this series, we
were approached by an organization founded by two individuals
that we have worked with for the last six years. These individuals,
John Stulak and Kevin Rasmussen, have demonstrated a commitment
to product quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, they
have also shown outstanding dedication to our shared mission and
values. It is with complete confidence that we introduce to you
EthoTech, the new company that will take these products into the
future.
Who is EthoTech? - Kevin Rasmussen and John
Stulak with whom many of you are familiar with from their tenure
at Forestar and Mekorma, formed EthoTech Inc. to extend their
commitment to excellence as well as partner and customer service.
Kevin and John bring over eleven years experience in the Microsoft
Great Plains Channel. Both are Microsoft Certified Professionals
with current Microsoft Great Plains CID certifications. In addition,
Kevin holds MCSE, MCDBA, and CIS certifications.
EthoTech is well versed in product development
and partner management. While at Forestar, John and Kevin were
responsible for building a franchise management solution, a large
vertical package that continues to add value today.
They share Accountable's mission to Enhance the
Experience of partners and customers. Their mission is to, "provide
exciting innovative solutions that surpass client expectations."
With a strong foundation of mission, core values, and proven commitment
to the interconnected community, we know they will listen to customers
and add great features and modules to The Accountability Series.
What does this mean to you our partners?
- This means the Microsoft Great Plains Enhancements you have
come to know and love will continue to be sold, supported, and
developed so you can continue to Enhance the Experience of your
customers. EthoTech will continue to follow the partner-centric
sales and support model that you have come to trust with Accountable.
What does this mean to our mutual customers?
- Your customers will be supported. And they will continue to
enjoy the functionality that The Accountability Series has provided
them for the last 6 years. In addition, Kevin and John are highly
energetic, motivated business professionals who have a passion
for improving people's lives through innovative business solutions.
This energy and commitment to excellence will pave the way for
exciting, new features to be added to this series.
We have taken all the steps to ensure a smooth
transition for both you and your customers. Over the next week
we will wrap up some final details, and then a representative
