Quick Track

Quick Track provides the ability to track shipments within Great Plains, allowing an unlimited number of packages to be tracked per document. To help you provide superior customer service, Quick Track will access the carrier's World Wide Web site on the Internet for on-line delivery information, all without leaving the accounting system.

• Enter unlimited package tracking information by document.
• Inquiry access from the Great Plains Sales Transaction Inquiry window.
• Tracking inquiry window with find by Document Number, by Date, by Tracking Number or by Customer Number.
• Launch your default browser and open the carrier's tracking page.
• Drill down on the Freight field from the Sales Transaction Entry window to open the Quick Track Entry window.
