However, you or your Partner may choose one of the support plan options available from EthoTech.

The EthoTech Product Support Team consists of dedicated professionals who are Microsoft Dynamics GP experts, Microsoft Certified Integration Developers and Certified Installation Specialists, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, as well as Database Administrators. They have extensive backgrounds in custom development, business consulting, systems integration and installation, project management and implementation.

With our diverse product offering, combined with our large base of customers and partners, we recognize that we need multiple support offerings in order to best meet the needs of our customers and partners, while supporting the needs of the stakeholders of EthoTech.

All support and consulting services are billable according to the following schedule:

Telephone/E-mail Support:  $129 per incident
Consulting Services:  $195 per hour
