Easily Track and Calculate Complex Scenarios

  • Additional calculation engines:
    • Tiers Matrix Option: Determine the commission rate based on a sliding scale that captures information from the sales document line item (i.e., tier types: margin %, unit price, price level, etc.)
    • Quotas Matrix Option: Calculate commissions based on a sliding scale of sale amounts or margin amounts over a time period (also referred to as accelerators, milestones, thresholds, and tiers over time)
  • Assign multiple salespeople to groups of customers based on user defined values
  • Create and modify commission plans quickly and easily
  • Handle multi-facet calculation models based on salesperson, customer, and item
  • Perform commission calculations at the sales document line-item level, based on percent of sales, percent of margin, flat amount, per selling unit, or per base unit
  • Reduce commissions using Markdowns, Trade/Terms Discounts, Write-offs, Payment Terms, and Credit Card types
  • Place commissions On Hold for individual sales documents or for all sales documents for a salesperson
  • Adjust commissions for scenarios such as bonuses, commission draws, chargebacks, or correcting commissions paid incorrectly in a previous period
  • Pay commissions only on sales documents that are fully relieved (paid)

Maintain Control of Overrides

  • Use the Integration option to update commission summary or line data from sources outside Dynamics GP
  • Import mass commission adjustments for draws, bonuses, marketing allowances, etc.
  • Schedule rate calculation overrides using effective dates for seasonal business, promotional products, or discontinued products.

Efficiently Handle Accounting Tasks and Report Distribution

  • Reduce commissions for overdue invoices
